Greater Cincinnati Monthly Home Sales: 2012 vs. 2011



A composite graph of monthly sales by year (2007-2013) is followed by a chart of monthly statistics for homes sold in Greater Cincinnati in which each month is compared to the corresponding month from the preceeding year.  Residential real estate home sales in Greater Cincinnati have finally returned to a historically normal trend line.  January, 2013, is the 19th consecutive month that monthly home sales have significantly exceeded the number of sales for the same month of the preceeding year.  In January, 2013, there were 25.4% more closed home sales in Greater Cincinnati than there were in January, 2012.
